Diana started her career as a corporate recruiter for an international financial services firm, working in Chicago, NY, and LA. She’s also been a successful nonprofit change agent, helping organizations expand and adapt to new environments. 

She received her B.S. in Management from DePaul University and her M.S. In Human Resources from Loyola University. She trained at the Center for Creative Leadership, in addition to Covey Leadership, Myers-Briggs, DiSC, and more. She was raised in Chicago and Puerto Rico and learned to navigate a multicultural world from an early age. Her consulting practice is based in Southern California with remote teams in Phoenix and New Jersey, serving clients across the globe.
